Booking Information

1. Check-in Time: 15:00–18:00. If you need to check in outside of these hours, please inform us at least one day in advance.
2. Check-out Time: 09:00–11:00. Please notify the guesthouse manager the evening before your check-out. The manager will assist with the check-out process.
*A late check-out fee of NT$800 will be charged for every 15 minutes past the check-out time.
3. Four sets of keys and two garage remotes are provided. Please keep them safe. Lost items will incur a replacement fee of NT$1,000 per item.
4. The standard capacity is 10 guests, with the option to add beds for up to 14 guests total (including children aged 4 and up).
* Starting in 2025, each additional bed will incur a fee of NT$1,000.
5. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of guests. The guesthouse reserves the right to refuse service if this rule is violated.
6. Please inform us in advance if you require a crib, baby bathtub, sterilizer, or high chair.
7. The person who made the booking must present ID at check-in and settle any outstanding balance. Final payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer only.
*Non-registered visitors are not allowed. Violation incurs a fee of NT$800 per person, and all non-registered visitors must leave by 11:00 p.m.
8. Pets are not allowed. Fireworks, including sparklers, are strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
9. One indoor parking space is available. Additional vehicles will be guided by the guesthouse manager to park elsewhere.
10. No breakfast is provided, but eggs and bread will be supplied for a DIY breakfast. BBQ is not allowed. If you plan to use an outside catering service, please inform us when booking.
11. Please do not move, damage, or remove any property. Lost or damaged items will be charged at full value.
12. Do not move the automatic mahjong table. Doing so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
13. Please keep valuables with you. The guesthouse is not responsible for lost items and will not offer compensation.
14.To maintain the quality of accommodation, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited indoors. Smokers must go outdoors. Violations are subject to a fine of NT$6,000 in accordance with local laws.
15. No drug parties, excessive drinking, or gambling. Violators will be reported to the police.
16. After 10:00 p.m., avoid loud conversations outside. If using the indoor karaoke system, please keep doors and windows closed to maintain community tranquility.
*Violations may incur a fine of NT$10,000–50,000 under the Act for the Development of Tourism. If repeated warnings are ignored, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. Any fines incurred due to complaints will be the sole responsibility of the guest. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
17. Water depth: 65 cm. Open until 22:00. No diving. Please watch for safety.
18. Please practice proper waste separation—be eco-friendly and love the Earth.
19. Guests are responsible for cleaning up event-related decorations (streamers, balloons, confetti, flowers, etc.) used in birthday parties, marriage proposals, and celebration banquets. A cleaning fee of NT$2,000 will be charged if it is not cleaned properly.
20. For environmental and privacy reasons, no room cleaning or towel replacements are provided for extended stays.
*A discount of NT$3,000 for extended stays will forgo cleaning services. If cleaning is required, the discount of NT$3,000 will be revoked. Due to limited supplies, extra blankets and pillows are not available.

[Security Deposit Policy]
A cash deposit of NT$6,000 is required upon check-in. Upon check-out, if no damages are found and all equipment is in good condition, the full deposit will be refunded. (In case of any damage, compensation will be charged based on the replacement cost.) Used kitchenware must be cleaned before check-out. (Failure to clean may result in an NT$2,000 cleaning fee.)
